I recorded this sound with my nokia lumia 900 cellphone inside a boeing 737. The airplane landed, the pilot is saying good-bye through the loudspeakers. You can also hear the engines of the plane and people unlocking their seatbelts. Additionally, there's a crying baby on the background. The plane landed on schiphol airport.

This was recorded in a university building in melbourne in 2018. It was after hours, in the evening, so the building was mostly empty. I was in a hallway that had lots of hard surfaces including linoleum floors. I could hear a baby crying in a room that was several metres away. This is a short wavefile of really bad drums and a crying baby. To be used properly, it needs to be turned way up. This sound has a story behind it - i made this up for one purpose, and one purpose only - to temporarily blast my long-term loud neighbors into realizing that 'they' are now the victims. They "were" relentless at playing loud music continuously, and it was a hot humid day,no air-con, and i had a lot of wine. That's all it took - so i blasted them(at an amazing close range)with 200+ watts of drums'n'babies, just long enough for them to figure out that this just might continue, and that it isn't a nice sound. Bottom line - the technique was highly effective.

As these are recorded using binaural in-ear mics, i purposefully don't turn my head to keep the sound clean and coming from the same direction. This was recorded in the burbank town center food-court area. I was careful to avoid specific conversation for legal purposes. There was a cranky baby nearby, so you get an occasional frantic cry.
